We want your experience with Glamour Mirror to be smooth, transparent, and worry-free. Please read our policy carefully.
⏱ Refund & Return Timeframe
- You can request a refund or return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- After 48 hours from delivery, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
📦 Replacement Policy (Damaged or Defective Items Only)
- We only replace mirrors if they are damaged or defective.
- If you receive a damaged product, please share an unboxing video at sales@glamourmirror.com:
- Label must be clearly visible
- Video should be captured from opening the parcel till the end
- If the damage is minor/unnoticeable and does not affect the mirror’s use or visibility, we will not accept a return or replacement.
- Allow us 2–3 business days to review your case and get back to you.
💳 COD Orders
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) up to ₹10,000 only.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed to your bank account or chosen payment method.
💰 Refund Conditions
- If you request a refund before dispatch, we will process it immediately.
- If any product arrives damaged twice, we will provide a refund.
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method once approved.
- We will refund the COD order amount to your bank account or UPI address.

If your refund is delayed:
