Our Timeframe for Refund and Returns We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy is in place for 48 hours from the moment your order is delivered. If more than 48 hours have elapsed since your delivery, regrettably, we can’t provide a full refund or exchange.
Replacement for Defective or Damaged Products Our replacement policy is straightforward: we only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. If you receive a product that’s defective or damaged, we’ve got you covered. Our first approach is to replace the item, and we’ll dispatch the new product to you within 2-3 business days.
Cash On Delivery Orders For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or a specified payment method. Please note that COD orders are eligible for refunds up to a maximum amount of 7,000 INR.
Refunds Refunds are a straightforward process at Bapida. If you request a refund before we dispatch the product from our warehouse, we’ll initiate the refund without delay.
Furthermore, if you’ve received a broken mirror twice, we will refund, our initial response will be to replace it. Should you wish to replace it for the same item, please reach out to us via email at {sales@glamourmirror.com}, and send the item to:

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

- Reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
