Do you ship to my country?Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, UK, Europe (except Germany), India, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. If you are from a country other than these, please contact us.
How long will shipping take? When will I receive my order?Our company sells crystal glasses and modern mirrors. Crystal glasses are dispatched within 3-5 days after ordering, and modern mirrors within 5-7 days. Our courier partner is DHL, FedEx ans skyland, and you will receive the order in 7-10 days from dispatch date.
My order has been dispatched. Can I track it?Your FedEx or DHL tracking number of your order will be emailed to you after dispatch. You can track the order from their official page. If there is another courier partner we will share the link and tracking number with all information.
Do you offer a guarantee? Can I return my item?No, we don’t offer a guarantee at the moment. The return shipping cost is your responsibility. Once we have received the product and have inspected it, we will initiate the 100% refund for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?YES, as we said, our dispatch time is 3-5 days. You can cancel your order before dispatch, and we will initiate a 100% refund by the payment method you chose.
I am afraid of ordering fragile items online, especially mirrors. Tell me more about packaging?If you have received a damaged product, you need to send a picture. After confirmation, 5-7 days will be needed to send the replacement.
What is your packaging process?We understand that ordering a fragile item online can be risky, but we have developed unique packaging with less than a 3% damage ratio.
Mirrors ordered online from us arrive safely and without hassle. Even if you received a damaged item(very unlikely) , we offer an easy and free return and replacement policy

How much is the delivery charge in my country?All our products are delivered free of charge and you won’t have to pay anything. The product deliver to your shipping address
